Она как вихрь, она — круговорот,
И книга — на престоле неизменно.

     “The World of Mining Book” association unites several publishing houses that publish study books, reference and scientific-technical materials on the following subjects: mining engineering, geology, oil and gas, construction (including underground construction), ecology, machine construction, mining law, physics, mathematics and publishing. It has already published over 2,000 titles of study and reference books, tutorials, monographs and methodical recommendations.

All of the books are approved by the Mining Education and Methodic Association of Russian Federation and included in university and college educational program throughout Russia, CIS (Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Armenia and others) and also in Mongolia.

The authors of books are academics, professors, mining companies’ directors and employers from Russia and former Soviet Republics. All of them are renowned experts in their fields.

Mining Informational and Analytical Bulletin (MIAB), published by “The World of Mining Books” association, has been included in the list of State Certification Committee Department of Russian Federation since its foundation. The main subjects of works printed in MIAB perfectly compliments materials published by the association.

To ensure wide distribution and expansion of the publishing materials list “The World of Mining Books” association founded a franchise program that develops branches and trade representatives throughout Russia and abroad.

At present the members of Association are publishing house "Gornaya kniga" (Mining book), publishing house of Moscow state mining university, publishing houses "GK-Mongolia", "GK-Australia", "GK-Yakutia",  "GK-Transbaikalia" and MSMU Endowment Ltd.
